Text Snip began with a real moment at work: a female coworker sent me a piece of text embedded in an image so I could use it in a design. I realized I was wasting time retyping something that was already right in front of me—and creating another chance for typos with every line.
That small frustration sparked the idea for Text Snip. I built it, tailored it to the way I work and kept adding and refining practical features around one goal: make capturing text from the screen as quick and easy as possible.
The feature I believe makes Text Snip especially powerful is Clipboard History. It is the feature I couldn't find in any similar tool: every text snip stays within reach, and you can organize the collection however you want.
